Reflections

The year 2009 has marked both good and bad memories along the diary of my life. To start off with, I went for a teaching practicum in March and ended in June. It was a terrific experience but tiring as well. I travelled 2 hours everyday to and from school. Then I paid RM6.40 for the toll. By the time I reached home, I'm half dead (out of sheer exhaustion). Then I was employed as a part time lecturer which was for 3 months plus. It was one hell of an experience, totally the opposite of my teaching practicum experience in school.

Hairstyle is very much a part of me. I love having different kinds if hairstyle. In fact, i had 4 different hairstyle this year alone. First, a normal ponytail. Second, bob cut. Third, shorter Rihanna-hair-cut-gone-wrong. And the latest one, well it's hard to describe; short but stylish LOL. I'd love to color my hair but I was told to prioritize my image as a lecturer. Oh well so much for the stereotyping from other people.

I was supposed to start my masters programme this December but due to some so-called "complications", it was postponed to next semester, in June/July. One thing about these Wanton GS is that they take their job for granted. They think they have a very secured job; hence customers' needs are neglected. That is the main reason why I don't have good impression on GS. They just sucks. Ironically, wherever you go, you will see the sign "Senyum" and "Budi Bahasa Budaya Kita". When you reached the counter, be prepared to be served with a sour face. Why bother to work if you're not commited to your profession or organization?

Well I hope the year 2010 (year of the Tiger) will be a better year for all, especially my family, my loved one and my friends. The clock is ticking, and so is our age. I'll be 25 next year! Can I believe that? Yes! Life is too short to be wasted away worrying about the little things. I have great plans for my family and myself as well. Then again, we can only plan, let God decide. All the best for the new year.
